Shipping method, time and costs

At Siempre Original we ship to Spain, all of Europe, the United States, and Mexico.

To offer faster and more efficient delivery, we work with an international logistics partner specialized in print-on-demand. Each garment is made exclusively after the order is placed and is produced, whenever possible, in the production center closest to the destination country. This way, we manage to reduce delivery times, minimize travel, and ensure a high-quality finish.

Under normal conditions, you will usually have your order at home in 4-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Occasionally, depending on our production load, time of year (Black Friday, Christmas, Sales), area, or sales region... it may take a little longer, but this is not common.

CHRISTMAS PERIOD:

  • Place your order before DECEMBER 8th to receive your order before CHRISTMAS (December 25th).
  • Place your order before DECEMBER 20th to receive your order before THREE KINGS' DAY (January 6th).

For orders placed after the deadline, we cannot guarantee they will arrive on time.

These deadlines exist because shipping delays, high order volumes, and slower delivery times are common during the high season.

Shipping costs:

  • FREE. No surprises.

How can I track my order?

Once production is finished, the order is carefully prepared and shipped via reputable transport companies, providing a tracking number so you can know the status of your shipment at all times.

Payment Method

When placing an order, the customer can freely choose to pay for their purchases 100% securely via Card (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express...); Paypal (via their own platform) or using the digital wallets Apple Pay or Google Pay.

We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to protect all your information during the online ordering process. SSL is the industry standard for online transaction security, sending all information in encrypted code.

Klarna

Klarna is a secure local payment method that offers a variety of flexible payment options to pay for orders.

The available Klarna options are:

  • Klarna Pay in 30 days: When the customer chooses the Klarna Pay in 30 days option, they agree to pay for their order at a later date. Sometimes, the customer can choose between a two-week or a two-month payment term.
  • Klarna Pay Now: When your customer chooses the Klarna Pay Now option, they must use their online bank account information to pay for the order. The Klarna Pay Now option connects with the customer's bank account, and the funds are debited from their account immediately.
  • Klarna Pay in 3 installments: When the customer chooses the Klarna Pay in 3 installments option, they pay for their order in 3 interest-free installments. Generally, the total transaction amount is distributed equally among the installments.
