Shipping Method, Timeframe, and Costs

Siempre Original guarantees to work with TIPSA, Correos, and Correos Express, leading shipping companies in Spain and Portugal, to offer the best possible shipping experience.

Under normal conditions, you can usually expect your order to arrive within 4-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Occasionally, depending on our production load, time of year (Black Friday, Christmas, Sales), sales area or region (Canary Islands and Balearic Islands)... it may take a little longer, but this is not common.

CHRISTMAS PERIOD:

  • Place your order before DECEMBER 8th to receive your order before CHRISTMAS.
  • Place your order before DECEMBER 20th to receive your order before EPIPHANY.

For orders placed after the deadline, we cannot guarantee timely delivery.

These deadlines exist because during peak season, shipping delays, high order volumes, and slower delivery times are common.

Shipping costs:

  • FREE. No surprises.

How can I track my order?

Once we have prepared your order, we hand it over to the carrier and send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. By clicking on that number, you can view the latest updates on your shipment's location through our tracking page.

Payment Method

When placing an order, the customer can freely choose to pay for their purchases 100% securely using Card (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron,...); Paypal (through its own platform) or using the digital wallets Apple Pay or Google Pay.

We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to protect all your information in the online ordering process. SSL is the industry standard for online transaction security, sending all information in encrypted code.

Klarna

Klarna is a secure local payment method that offers a variety of flexible payment options for paying for orders.

Available Klarna options are:

  • Klarna Pay in 30 days: When the customer chooses the Klarna Pay in 30 days option, they agree to pay for their order at a later date. Sometimes, the customer can choose between a two-week or two-month payment period.
  • Klarna Pay now: When your customer chooses the Klarna Pay now option, they must use their online bank account information to pay for the order. The Klarna Pay now option connects to the customer's bank account, and funds are debited from their account immediately.
  • Klarna Pay in 3 installments: When the customer chooses the Klarna Pay in 3 installments option, they pay for their order in 3 interest-free installments. Generally, the total transaction amount is distributed equally among the installments.
