Did you choose the wrong size or do you want to exchange your garment?
No problem, email us at info@siempreoriginal.com indicating your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the change you want to make.
Example:
- Order 000000
- Item 000000 change to size M.
In the event that you do not wish to exchange a product and want to request a refund, the purchase amount will be reimbursed to the same payment method used by the customer (credit/debit card or via Paypal).

Legal guarantee
At Siempre Original, we are proud of the quality of our products. Therefore, all of them undergo a rigorous 3-step quality control before being shipped.
However, if a defective or mislabeled product passes our quality control or is damaged during shipping, we will be responsible and a new product will be delivered at no additional charge to the customer.
To resolve it as soon as possible, send us an email to info@siempreoriginal.com within one week of delivery with photos of your damaged product, your order number, and any other details you have.
